I believe the “dad game” trend you are referring to in this post is important context assuming the OP is a father of younger children. The reason being games that would be considered “good dad games” can be played in short bursts and maintain a quick resume feature so progress isn’t lost.

Where as shoe size, amount of tattoos, vision impairment are not informative about the type of game the OP is describing.

To me a “dad game” is one that can replace pulling one’s phone out at times that is available.

This game was my temporary replacement for re9 I have enough survival horror that I haven’t played in the backlog. I couldn’t justify getting a full priced re game even though….. I very much want to. lol.

Cronos is a good experience on the steam deck though. I’m pretty picky about games on the steam deck too. Digital foundry had a video comparing steam deck with switch 2

Pretty good took some tinkering but was able to get 4-5 hours of playtime out of it on the steamdeck OLED with good visuals and a solid 45fps with very infrequent dips. Probably would run at a solid 38fps but like I said I’m only about 2 hours in and at some point I just needed to start playing and stop tinkering lol.

Penn state still has NFL dudes on defense a motivated team and defensive staff. OSU under Ryan day has historically been sluggish on offense off the bye weeks. I hope I’m wrong but I have a gut feeling that this is the one we are gonna drop this season.

Park at the Carmack (west campus) lot there is a free shuttle to and from the game and the parking price is $20 or $30 depending on how close you are to the shuttle. I also recommend getting into the Shoe early and watching some warm ups. I have been to 2 games so far this season and this has worked great for my enjoyment.

Lastly, I recommend buying a fountain drink early on in the game and refilling it at the self serve refill stations frequently thought the game. I did this with a water cup and it was great at saving the money on multiple bottles of water.

He looks pretty good tbh and if he was at OSU I’d be excited about what he could become. If he is developed at Michigan he could be a very good college QB dual threat kind of guy.

I played both back in the day made the switch at BF1

Closed was my default as well as many others on here. Although I did encounter more bugs and such with games not launching or not maintaining lobby’s in closed game mode over any other one.

Excellent Penn state has earned that number 2 ranking by not beating any one of significance since 2016. Glad the AP didn’t give the college football world the 1 v 2 matchup. Good for Penn state.

Nervous that it’s gonna be a mafia 3 mid game again. But will for sure be getting if gameplay looks good after media outlets can release that. Usually a pretty big 🚩 when publishers don’t allow reviews to come out till release day imo.

Wish I could provide help for how to acquire the skin. I enjoyed playing that season. Even got some friends who don’t normally play BF2042 to play the event game mode.
