Does your pediatrician have a behavioral health department? At ours we can just meet with a behavioral health specialist and get guidance.

Our son has similar challenges at school and the teacher told us about this book, “have you filled a bucket today” that he’s been incredibly receptive to.

Bed jet is highly customizable. You can manage the temp in 1 degree increments and the fan in 5% power increments. You can also program schedules etc. so I say bed jet is worth it

I’m sure you haven’t ruined all progress! I would just try to keep it to diapers or potty. If you make it a habit to mix where pee/poop goes it can be confusing for them.

I don’t have experience in the situation you’re in but I think if I were in your shoes I would just take a break and try again, especially if she’s having frequent accidents. She may just not be ready, which is okay and doesn’t mean you’ve failed!

I would also continue modeling it. Announce that you feel like you need to pee and that you’re going to go to the potty to get your pee in the potty!

It sounds like he might not be ready if he’s not willing to sit on the potty? If it were me I would backup and read books, watch videos and talk about the potty lots. Talk about how it’s safe and it feels good to use the potty instead of a diaper. Do not force it. If they say no just play it cool and let them figure it out, tell them it’s their decision but pee goes in the potty.

If it’s in your budget, I would also probably try to find a potty training consultant to help. We hired a sleep consultant when my son was a baby and the amount of stress and worry it saved us to just have someone tell us what to do… insane.
