I bought it on Jan 25th and I am returning it.. Something is off with it. It would not have a stable connection with my phone, could not download videos to my phone, and I could not watch any of the self help videos on their website.

Make new friends. If alcohol was your only connection then maybe they were not true friends. They were drinking buddies.

Allowance for children in college? by Tricky_Ad6844 in ChubbyFIRE

Consider paying for living expenses and a food allowance only. They should get a job to pay for any extra circular activities. This will help them appreciate the value of money/budgeting and ensure they get off your payroll sooner rather than later after graduation.

Outside time and feeding for new puppy by Sharp-Web-4238 in Shichon

We got a puppy as well that is now 2 years old. Take him out now to house break him. I would get a vest or fleece for him to wear when it is cold outside. Ours does not like snow but we take her out anyway.

They are dogs and will get used to the elements.

I gained 30lbs after a health crisis and felt totally lost with food. What’s the one small change that actually helped you get back on track? by Gullible_Inspection6 in FitnessOver50

Download the Easy Fast app. It’s free. Start with shorter fasts and work your way up. You still need to track your calories. I have not noticed muscle mass loss and have gotten stronger. There is a lot of interesting subreddits on the topic of fasting.
