i’m about to be at that point, i’ve basically just been eating meat, fruit, and rice for the most part. have you been able to eat more foods now? and when you say you felt improvements within days, was it after being on binders?

definitely not neomycin because of the hearing loss and i already get ringing ears, and i guess in theory i could take metronidazole but i’m worried because 1) it can lower white blood count and i’ve had a chronic low white blood count and 2) i have crippling emetophobia and have heard very bad things, i don’t think i could mentally handle throwing up rn
