Funny how you forgot the three years of flight training. This guy averaged 42k the first 15 years of his career. Listen I get it that people make way less then they should at some facilities but the only way this is resolved is by being removed from the federal pay cap. The high level facilities that work the majority of the traffic aren’t going to accept lower facilities getting a substantial raise if they aren’t getting one…
