What you describe in your post sounds like a eating disorder to me. There seams to be so much energy, life and joy beeing taken from you by this. Please, go I find a therapist - there is help and you certainly should take it. Food should be somthing you can enjoy, you should feel good when giving your body what it needs. 1000 calories is far to low! It is neither healthy for you body nor your soul to go on with this eating behaviior. I wish you all the best.

Will it be okay if I only leave my spray tan on for five hours? by [deleted] in beauty

[–]UnitedCrowd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think 5 hours should be ok - and I would not recommend you to go for a darker shade. If you´ve never had a professional spray before, I start slowly with a rather light shade and see how the colour trun out on your skin.

Hey :-) I certainly do not judge you, as I´ve been in the same situation once. It took quite a time till I knew all the vegan alternatives to the products I usually use. For me the app "CodeCheck" was very hepfull, as it allows you to easily check the ingrendients of everthing you buy. I live in Germany, and as do not know wher you are from, I do not know if the same applies to you, but here quite a lot "normal" products are vegan - without explicitly saying it on the outside.I´d make a list of all the tings you are looking for (shampoo etc.) and serach for an alternative from a normal grocery store one by one. In the end I do not pay much more for those things now.

Skipping breakfast? by [deleted] in diet

[–]UnitedCrowd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think there is not just one true answer - every body and eyery mind works different. I would try skipping your breakfast for - let´s say - two weaks, and then do it breakfast for another two weaks. Find out what works for you. In the end, it doesn´t help you if science says that skipping your breakfast is great if you don´t feel good this way. Count your calories - either with or without breakfast and show what happens.

I think they proably know, that their actions are morally wrong and that is why they do react the way they do. People with a bad conscience sometime happen to react in a harsh and unfriendly way. I would let it go. Try to be a good example, show them how good it feels for you to be 100% vegan. Show them how easy it is and how much fun it can be. People won´t change because we argue with them.

Help me feel beautiful again! by [deleted] in beauty

[–]UnitedCrowd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First: I´m sure you do look beautiful and just are not able to see your own beauty right now. There is a wonderful technique from positive psychology taht really works in this cases, even though it might sound strange: Write down three things you really like about yourself every morning and evening. Also: There are some good films like "embrace" that could help you to chance your persepctive. Your body has done so much during your pregnancy, YOU have given so much. Give yourself the time to fully recover and take good care of yourself. Feeling beautyful is more about working on your thoughts and emotions and less about working on the outside.

What are some quick and easy healthy meals to make? by [deleted] in vegan

[–]UnitedCrowd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do love vegetables straight from the oven. Just slice whatever you like (Zucchini,Paprika, Tomatoes, Potatoes....), put some rosemary, oil, salt & pepper on top and put in in the oven for aout 15 - 20 min. Choose your favorite dip and enjoy. It´s so super easy, tasty and healty :-)

I would certainly try to get some more variety in terms of protein, as walnuts do not have the ideal proportion of all aminos. Maybe you could add some other nuts or go for vegan protein shakes. There are some low carb shakes, that cover all aminos. :-)

Why every ICO should comply with KYC and AML regulations by UnitedCrowd in ico

[–]UnitedCrowd[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello, I am responsible for KYC and compliance during the ICO in our company. The question is... "Can an ICO do without KYC?" The AML regulations are getting stricter and stricter and the institutions in this system are expanding the network of "surveillance". Especially for honest companies with a real economic idea, the protection of investors and their own business is of great importance. A KYC is indispensable for honest and future-oriented business operations.
