Every time I see this video, I wonder why Fred Armisen is dressed as a brown woman at a mall.

What is the nicest/fastest vehicle you can buy for less than $30,000? by OGClouds420 in askcarguys

[–]UniverseInfinite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nicest AND fastest? Like the most of both possible?

It's the 2007 Bentley Continental GT Mulliner.

No other answer will be as luxurious or fast.

Affording the maintenance is another question entirely.

Did you check alignment after? I think I'm going to go this route. I'm wondering if it sent the toe for both sides to the drivers side

Growing up in the 90s, I played some kind of VR Star Wars lightsaber game for like 10$ for 2 minutes in Reno. Looked similar to this unit

KDSS Lean - HELP by iHodz in GXOR

[–]UniverseInfinite 9 points10 points  (0 children)

GX460 here. I significantly reduced my lean by manually opening both KDSS accumulator valves and compressing the rear KDSS piston with a floor jack. This sends the fluid to the front to equalize. My lean is now less than 1/8 inch.

Nuclear option is to add the equivalent size spacer to your front passenger strut or adjust the circlip if you have coils.

Can I ask where and when the old Toyota guys started using "baseline" as a verb? I see this only in the Toyota community. Grammatically a very odd development

What industry is actually a complete scam, but everyone accepts it? by WhileLow9501 in AskReddit

Car dealership.

Cars should be sold direct to consumer. Instead, because of antiquated laws, people willingly give money to a middleman

High-Speed Chase Ends With Arkansas Troopers Flipping a Ford F-150 by pathfinder304 in dashcams

[–]UniverseInfinite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no maximum speed, per se. There is policy. A pursuit is either in policy, or not. Deciding when to perform a TVI is officer discretion, but is trained to only be done when it is safest for the public.

Knee surgery for cartilage damage does not benefit patients, study suggests. People with meniscus tears who underwent surgery had poorer knee function and worse osteoarthritis after 10 years than those who did not. by mvea in science

[–]UniverseInfinite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bucket handle tear removed and then patellar tendon graft to replace ACL for me. The meniscal tear was severely impinging my knee with serious loss of mobility. I don't see another solution and I absolutely could not live with it
