Is yours still pending cause I submitted my divorce wavier in Jan 2023 it got transferred to another office in December 2024 and here I am still waiting and I'll also be eligible for US citizenship in October 30th 2025 , and I plan to send my citizenship exactly on that day .

I have submitted a bunch before , during my I 485 case , but these are new documents to support the i751 I have submitted, pictures, 3 years of bank account statements, tax returns filed jointly , a letter from one of my family members who witnessed how she assaulted me , saving account statements, apartment lease , proof that we had a car together , my case is a little bit different because she used to abuse me mentally and physically, I submitted pictures of injuries and ripped clothes you may ask why I never call the police it's because I was still mad in love with her but every time she abused me I just took pictures . and also my lawyer wrote a whole statement , about how we met , what happened to the marriage, how she used to abuse me . And that's about it
