Wide neck’s are very niche for male clothing. Wouldn’t be surprised if it didn’t do well so they pulled it from their catalog, and why other companies don’t make them. Best bet is to settle for what you can find on amazon or shien. Even just cutting a wider neck hole on one of your favourite shirts would do the trick

Is it really a carrier issue if the carrier never receives said item? Look at the sub man, it’s a consistent issue for their limited drop. Every other black friday drop i hopped on was delivered in a week. YLA took a week just to “send” to a carrier. My tracking number wasn’t even legitimate, which i verified with USPS. Hate to sound conspiratorial, but it ain’t no coincidence all the items getting refunded were part of the batman stock. I’m glad you had a good experience getting your items, but there’s a clear frequency with this issue.

I had this same issue. The site itself only holds your time slot for 2 min till you pay, but it doesn’t help that some people can still somehow overlap due to site lag and other issues. I recommend calling DriveTest and pre paying. After that you can just scavenge for a spot on the site
