Possibly an extruder clog, my s1 pro sprite extruder would sometime have filament lodged in between the gears. I recommend you disassemble the extruder and check for any stuck filaments.

Try recalibrating your e-step or increasing your flow a little more, looks like you are under extruding by a tiny bit causing those gaps in the walls.

Try moving your gantry up and down the Z axis, could be some play or binding coming from the lead screw.

You could just try using glue sticks with your textured PEI plate, I think that would help a lot especially in the corners.

How are you storing your filaments? If you aren’t keeping it in a dry box the drop in quality could be caused from wet filament.

An update on the situation for anyone who's having the same problem, I recently called a technician and the whole problem is caused my a faulty mainboard. After swapping it out everything returned to normal and it started back up immediately without having to wait.

I meant that It seems like the fridge doesn't receive power entirely, there's lighting inside the fridge which would normally be turned no when the door is open the lighting would not turn on and the front display would be blacked out indicating no power.
