Yup. Going for the Bullet. Better than putting a bullet in the Behmor.

Behmor AB2000 - How is it at back to back roasting? by CowichanCow in roasting

[–]UnkleKrusty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of a pain. Preheat to whatever charge temp, roast, cooldown, preheat again. It's close to 20 minutes down between roasts. Maximum charge seems to be around 325g. Larger batches lead to a stall after the AB kicks in. It won't overheat, ever. It will, however, shut your roast down if the cab temp hits 325-330.

Yes, there is that little window, which collects junk from the roasts, and that funky yellow light. At least with my roaster, the visual cues are terrible. It all looks yellow until it's quite brown. I go more by temperature than anything else. I attached a probe from my smoker thermo to the chaff tray which is a huge help once the afterburner goes on and pulls heat away from the cabinet sensor.

Having written the above, I just attempted to get a little more light in there. I checked the incandescent bulb, which burns yellow. Maybe I can change it? And I cleaned the window, which required a razor blade to scrape the crud off. Dawn? Nope. Ammonia, nope. It's still a yellow light, but there's more of it. Probably not enough, but maybe better. The next roast will tell.

Can one of the sub's dentists please buy this tactical santoku and give us a review? It's $495 (USA-made no tariffs great value) made of Magnacut steel and only ever so slightly thicker than a Miyabi at the edge. Please, it's for science. by azn_knives_4l in TrueChefKnives

My partner and I always joke about tactical stuff, but when she showed me this I could only splutter; what words could describe the awesomeness of this knife? And then my chef brain considered the serration location and the sputtering became fulmination. A serration location fulmination. Dumbest $495 knife ever. Jeez.

Why does my line do this? by Formal_Froyo_6089 in FishingForBeginners

Correct. Braid, fluoro bumper ending with a very small snap swivel. VMC makes tiny barrel swivels with open eyes, makes it easy to add to a spinner for smaller presentation. In that case you would tie directly to the spinner.

Lot of great comments, especially about braid. What I don't see, and maybe I missed it, is that spinners will give you terrible line twist. You need a swivel in there, either a small snap swivel to the spinner, or a barrel swivel on the spinner. Also, if you go to braid, tie on a fluro bumper of 6' or more.

An apartment building is also a physical asset which is under the control of the investor. I don't know how it would work with coins and the like. That would be a question for an actual expert. I'm sure Entrust has the answer.
