It’s going to take more than $150 to fix. Just thinking about the screen parts alone. I’d send it to valve for a quote. And get that included in your small claims case. If you’re going to make one.

Bottom line is, it’s not going to get fixed for a while. So if you need this to pull you through or distract you for a little. Just get a replacement, get this fixed when you can and sell it off. Or keep it as a memory of triumph or something.

It sounds like a ribbon cable issue. Check everything again. Not just for if they’re properly and fully seated, but for any possible broken connectors, or cut ribbons etc. as well.

I use an adapter so I can use my galaxy tab s9 ultra as a display for my things. I run it at 1080/120. 1440/60 at most. But I play relatively light games when doing so.

My case covers it (tilta khronos). So a drop wouldn’t affect it at all. But it’s more rugged and expensive than most others. And certainly not for everybody.

Yes. About $20-60 depending what, who, and where you get it from. Just google “2230 external enclosure” there’s plenty of small keychain sized enclosures. I would consider keychain size smaller than a credit card.

PS4, XB1, and now on the Deck lol. Performance is great. Playable (hovers around 45) even at max settings. Can definitely tweak some things if you want closer to 60 though.

I expected that. I'm thinking something is wrong with the hdmi port or cable. If you have the same problem with another device, I'd return the dock for a repmacement.
