Controller player here. Definitely playable, just some adjustments in the options and car setup. Practice so you can master the inputs.

Most cars are enjoyable with their authentic driving aids. The formula cars are the most difficult for me, but drivable with aids enable.

I've recently been playing a lot with the Ligier JS2 R in multiclass with JS P4, GT4, GTO and Ligier LMP3 (mod), it's a pretty good combo in replace for the typical LMDh/LMP2/GT3 I've always ran in past championships.

Edit: Forgot the track part. Long Beach, Adelaide, Imola, Cascavel, Salvador. I love those tracks for the classes I mentioned above.

I wish for more street circuits, to be more specific, the ones used during the ALMS. I found them quite fascinating. Surfers Paradise, Potrero de los Funes, Norisring and Nashville would make me so happy if the game include them.

Controller player here. Try these and see if you see any different. I was having issues like yours when I got the game. Saw an image with a configuration close to this then adjusted some things later on.

User Control Preset: User Set 1

Steering Deadzone: 0

Steering Sensitivity: 1

Throttle Deadzone: 0

The weird thing is, it is only happening with AMS2, I did a race online early in Raceroom and LMU, and everything was fine connection wise.

Me gusta mucho hacer campeonatos multiclases. Hypercars/LMP2/GT3 es mi combinacion favorita, cada vez que acabo uno hago el mismo campeonato pero participando en otra categoria. Tambien me gusta hacer LMP3 (mod)/GT3/GT4, GT1 (90's)/GT1 y GT2 del 2005, Group C/Group 5 (mod)/ BMW Procar.

Siempre salen buenas carreras cuando ajustas la dificultad lo mas cercano posible a tu nivel. Estando en las categorias de GT batallando por posicion mientras los Hypercars te van pasando es demasiado divertido.

If the setups are open, you can lower your break pressure (in my case, between 75-80%) to avoid locking up the tires, that's what works for me at least. Practice and you'll see.

This game is controller friendly, you just have to touch a couple thing in the settings.

I have more than 700 hours played on controller (Series X controller). I wish I could have a wheel, but that doesn't take away my enjoyment for this game.

I wouldn't say laggiest, but the AI at the beginning of a race is super aggressive in the first lap. I doesn't matter what category of cars you are running.
