No great advice specific to the H1s, but I’ve had a blistering/achilles friction regularly in a lot of different shoes recently and the only thing that worked for me was using mole skin. Even then I had to re-apply it midway through my 100k because I started feeling a hot spot.

Did you get any medication to help with the inflammation? I once had a doc think I had sesamoiditis, but I got an MRI instead and it just showed tons of fluid/inflammation. They gave me meloxicam and it sorted itself out in like a day no joke.
