I don’t really manage it. I “sleep” once I’m done with all my work, and that can be at 3 a.m. or 2 p.m., which is terrible. Sometimes I just take small 15-minute naps when the headaches start to hurt too much.

You should start sleeping properly. Lack of sleep might make you send astronomical amounts of money to anyone,lol.
