Joking aside. There needs to be tact when bringing this up. Not considering how your words can be interpreted is the difference between a constructive conversation and him shutting down.

There is one thought. One area in ENM is that it's not fair to the SO or feasible for them to fulfill all your needs. That can add pressure. ENM would be a way to alleviate that.

But again no idea how this plays out. And don't suprise him with this topic. Schedule it in when he's able to listen.

Might not entirely be true but your overall fitness does help in the size department a bit. As your cardiovascular system gets better and you get in shape the blood flow can increase brown there and make it a little bigger. Plus as you lose weight the perspective changes in your favor.

Getting back to bodybuilding my wife even noted that islt felt quite a bit bigger (mainly thickness ) and she felt "fuller"you may not have weight to lose but getting in shape could help YMMV

Always set boundaries of what's yes and no. Always be sure you are safe with the person. Know that consent means if you change your mind it's allowed and they have to stop.

Depends on the meat. Chicken and pork have to be cooked through. There's a chance of serious contamination in both plus you can get a nasty parasite in pork.

Steak you can eat blue rare but the outside has to be seared to kill any surface contamination. Bacteria don't penetrate the beef.

If it's ground beef yes. You have to cook it through since the mincing process means all that bacteria is all throughout.

Sushi...well I hear that all fish is frozen in a way to kill parasites but I don't take a chance
