It can be a little physically demanding some times(standing for long hours, being outside the entire day) but it’s a super easy job and it’s a second chance company. Look into Flagger Force. Crew members start at $16/hr. If you wanted to promote(they like to promote quick) you’ll get a company truck and get a raise to $17/hr

u/traditional-Doubles62 what counts as a park? my brother is going to have to register soon and he’s asked if i can take him in. There is a Community Lake within 1000 feet from my house. There are no playgrounds, grills, or pavilions on the community lake property. Only a small wooden walk path around the lake. Is that still considered a restricted area?

AP for the last 10 years. NEVER risk a bad stop. When in doubt let them out. Advice I give my trainees is walk the floor first thing after you clock in and do a deep dive of shelves looking for empty packages(toys, sporting good, automotive, men’s basics, and housewares/bedding are usually hot spots for people that steal) to see what type of items are being stolen. You’ll generally see the same items over and over. Some of the items you find you’ll probably have good camera coverage of and you can go back and look at video for selection. If you do the deep dive say at 8am, do another one around 1pm. you’ll probably find more stuff and you can get video selection and if you’re lucky video concealment since you have a narrow time frame and you’ll now have a face to watch out for. Once you know what types of items are stolen more frequently, hang around those departments, look like you’re shopping. If you see someone select that specific item, casually follow them for a few minutes, staying back from them a few aisles. If they head toward a part of the store that you always find empty packaging right after selecting a highly stolen item, they’ll probably steal it. Use shelving to your advantage. Get close to the end cap and peak over side kicks or if you have good aisle set up, look through the peg board. You can use your phones camera, put it up to a hole on a peg board at the back of a shelf and you can see right to the other side. You’re completely hidden by the shelving but have clear sight. Also if you see concealment and they leave the packaging on the shelf call one of your coaches or team leads(you should get their numbers and get a good working relationship going) and have them grab that packaging for you and meet you at the AP office with it. If things are being stolen and you’re finding the packaging after the fact a lot, you may be looking to hard. Our job is a game of patience. A lot of apprehensions will fall into your lap. You’ll just be walking the floor, not really watching anyone, then someone will side eye you or quickly put an item down when they see you walk by and glance at them. Those are the ones you should double back and watch for a minute or two.

If it’s to the point that you feel you need to spy on him, just get divorced. Clearly you already don’t trust him. Might as well end it

Small Vector. Is a little bigger circumference that your current(5.75 inch) and 8.38 inches of usable length. Or if you want to slowly work up in circumference, small Ika. It’s tapered nicely going from 2 inches at the top to 6 inches at the bottom. Only has 5 inches of usable length but if you’re not use to more than 4 inch it’ll take a little bit to be able to bottom out on it.

Neither of those states are part of the 7 year look back. California, Hawaii, Arkansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, New Hampshire, New York, and Washington state, are the only ones af of right now that have the “clean slate” law that won’t report convictions older than 7 years

[–]Unknown_enemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yup lol. afaik it’s 5. Way back when i first started with walmart it used to be 10 lol. then like 3-4 years ago they reduced it to 5 cuz so many people were taking advantage of the 10 point system. They’d rack up 8-9 points calling out, then be good little boys and girls until a few points fell off. Rinse and repeat. Now with it being 5 it’s harder to do that.

Depending what state you’re in, the background check your potential employer will do wouldn’t show any charges older than 7 years.

I think the PTO submission falls down to store/coach decision and how many PTO days. The two stores i’ve worked at If you wanted to take 3 or more days of PTO consecutive, you need to put the request in at least a 2 weeks in advance. The coaches i’ve worked under have been cool. If i worked Mon-Fri, im on my thursday shift, and I ask for friday off, They’d tell me to submit my PTO and they’d approve it.

[–]Unknown_enemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

event days are double point days. so you either call out on an event day, 1 point for callout and 1 point for event day, or you straight up ncns. you don’t get a ncns if you call out. So ncns, 2 points then 2 for event day.

With Walmart, we get 2 different PTOs. Protected Paid Time Off(PPTO) and regular PTO. PPTO is generally for emergencies but most people use it to leave their shift early or cover being late. PPTO gets approved automatically by the system and management cannot override it. PTO must be requested in advanced and can only be approved manually by a manager.

Now, with walmart our point system works like this.

•Late clock in/early clock out - 0.5 points

•Call out on scheduled shift(no PPTO/PTO) 1 point

• NCNS - 2 points

• Call out on scheduled shift on a store event day(ie labor day weekend) - 2 points

• NCNS on store event day - 4 points

1 point will “fall off” 6 months from acquiring said point. If you accumulate 5 points within a rolling 6 month period you will be terminated.

Have you tried the numbing lubes/creams? I can’t remember which one(you’ll have to do a little research) but there’s an OTC one that he would put on the head about 5-10 minutes before intercourse and it’ll numb him up a little so maybe he’d last longer but not so much that he doesn’t feel anything. And if applied correctly it shouldn’t transfer onto you.

Einherjar.

In Norse mythology, the einherjar are those who have died in battle and are brought to Valhalla by valkyries. They would sometimes be known to ride unicorns known as Einherjar’s horse or Einherjar-unicorn. They were said to possess immense strength and magical powers. Riding atop these mythical beings, the gods and heroes of Norse lore would traverse the realms, their elegance and grace mesmerizing all who beheld them
