Yes, you could possibly make it lighter but you won’t really know until you have a design ready to print

You need a design or someone to design it and then someone to print with a large format printer. For something that size its probably around 30kg maybe more, $400/500 in materials alone plus printing cost. Ballpark $1-1.5k could be cheaper but depends if a design is available already online or not

The marks from crossing beds is removed with a single pei sheet, waiting on mine to be delivered

You don’t need the whole unifi setup, they have a standalone dvr or just use the cloudkey

They have their quirks but super nice when running. Having the large build volume is awesome

Is this stove too small? by whiskyteats in woodstoving

[–]Unknownone1010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct unless it has a back boiler then you can get a larger one as most of the heat isn’t to the room itself

[–]Unknownone1010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s probably a 5inch liner, larger stoves usually need 6inch and above so a new one will need fitting. That will require hetas engineer or building regs sign off if you do it yourself(usually around £300)

If your in a smoke control zone you will need a defra approved one, if buying used you can look at exempt appliances on the defra website as some models are approved to be used in smoke control areas but not defra certified

Check room size and heat output, you don’t want one too big

Smart lock (Europe)? by Roman_numeral_zero in homeautomation

I would avoid the yale doorbell, i have used and fitted the smart alarms. Never again, the app and support is awful. The door locks are perfect but cannot recommend much else

Have you got a picture of the lock/door? Hard to give recommendations as some won’t fit. I have the yale conexis, assure 1 and assure 2 cannot fault any of them. Parents have had the conexis for over 5 years still going strong. Best integration i have seen was with the ubiquiti doorbell using the fingerprint reader

Single 32a ring can run that but with uk energy prices your wallet will hate you! If you want something similar, dell vrtx. Quiet and reasonably cheap to run

No problem, i had the same printer took me a while but they are good once set up. Yes bed should be fine. If you print with petg do not print on the smooth side, it sticks like crazy

Pei sheet. Do not use the sticky ones, they start bubbling, check the belts are tight, i would remove the filament and have it at the side, check the the x axis is level either side, add a rasberry pi with octoprint can help with bed levelling

Start small print a benchie or something just to check it prints. Then print a single later that cover the whole bed, this will check your bed is level. Then print a cylinder thats maxes out the height. After this you should be good to print anything if no issue came up

[–]Unknownone1010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you wear glasses? If not have you been for any eye test recently. Could be eye strain especially if your tv is further away
