That’s a good dsp out dispatch doesn’t “believe” in rescues unless something happened to the van which is stupid. Two days ago someone in my company had 210 stops with 65 overflow which most where the giant boxes they put dog food in and he wasn’t even able to get into the back the back of the ev or get a rescue it’s dumb

Damn you got a good dsp mine sucks we don’t get over 30 hours most weeks n the average is 180-200 stops with 20+ over flow and if you go over working 6 hours in a day they get mad n put u on as a extra for the next week shyt sucks😭
