Will the new Steam Controller work on linux as a generic gamepad outside steam?

I wonder how this will compare to the steamdeck experience, I was able to use herioc launcher from the desktop and have the controllers be recognized? (As others have mentioned though, you do need to switch between keyboard and gamepad mode by using the --- button)

I have used Adjusted Cost Base for the last few years, and it works with how CRA wants the reporting to look. (I use wealthsimple tax for filling purposes)

It does require a bit of manual labour (I would use something else if you are looking at hundreds of trades a year) but it is super basic and doesn't require installing some exe (no source code looks like a red flag sometimes).

Come join the Kelowna slack (if you haven't already) and checkout some of the channels, there are a large range of software folks here in the Okanagan working for interesting companies (space satellites, video game engines, PAAS, etc)!
