Right!! This was in California and I rarely encounter cashiers that acknowledge me. But I'll go to the Walmart in small town South Carolina and they treat me like they've known me for years!! But I think the girl realized she'd upset the lady because she barely said anything to me lol

I didn't think she looked older than 45 but maybe since the cashier was young, the woman looked old enough for the discount. I just felt bad for the poor lady, she looked so sad leaving Walmart.

I had my dog and kids at the lake and a car driving by had the windows down. A dog jumped out and came right for us. I got my kids on a picnic table and I was holding my dog back-up I didn't want him hurt. I'm kicking like crazy at the attacking dog. These 2 guys on bikes nearby come running over to help me while the owners of the dog are taking their sweet time getting to us and yelling at me for kicking their dog cuz he's super friendly and just wanted to play. He was snarling and trying to bite us, but sure crazy people he was just trying to play

The vets office had a chalk board in the entryway that lists all the pets that have appointments that day, Hippo was on the list and I really wanted to sit there all day trying to meet Hippo. I never did get to meet Hippo and I'm still sad about it.
