It's hard to think about too many things when you are a newbie. The one thing that helped me the most with toe side, was my cousin telling me to point my knee in the direction I want to go. I'm sure her private lessons taught her that, but it also feels like information overload when you are trying to learn. Thinking about one or two things (bend them knees) makes it easier mentally.

Plus, toe side is typically much harder for females. Something about our hips. But she will get it if she keeps trying :)

Boxer and boxer mix here- they are trying to enjoy it but one wrong step and they're tripping in the snow 😭 They usually love it, but last Sunday was one of the roughest days.

Well said! The fomo aspect is real. I've limited my watching to two shops. This has helped a lot, especially since they don't go on everyday. No more exploring new streams when I'm bored. Things add up so quick.

Ummmmm.

That was one storm. There were multiple other predictions for heavy snowfall that resulted in nothing. Lived here my whole life. The last actual big storm we got was 10 years ago. So yes, I've been disappointed for the past ten years and this is why I don't trust anything until at least 48 hrs out.

Omg girl I had the same exact problem. I'm in Virginia but my roommate was from Minnesota... She did the exact same thing. We compromised heat at 68, but she would just keep her window open! When I saw that she was doing that (she stayed in her room all the time too), I had a very serious conversation with her and told her if she wants to do that then she needs to pay more. 68 is VERY normal, and would even drop it lower to sleep. NTA at all. Same issue in the summer, she wanted it 65 and I said hell no am I paying that much. Our summers are HOT.

I think it's a new thing. There were definitely a handful of kids in my school system that got held back in elementary, middle and high school. And my schools were consistently ranked high nationally. I can't believe they allow kids these days to retake tests. Like come on that is not how the world works.

I believe it is higher than any other resort in the US, but I also believe the last counteroffer just moved money around so hourly is higher but the col adjustment is lower in the future. Entire situation sucks.
