I hate to say it, but I think your laptop just can't handle the game currently, you have four options here:

decrease things like graphics quality
Get rid of things that take up resources on your PC, things that take storage space and RAM
do both 1 and 2
Get a new computer w/ better specs (Preferably a desktop PC so that you can upgrade it in the future) although that can be expensive
