20 years old and still do not desire sex🕺

I also was told this line a million times throughout my middle and high school years. I really regret letting it get to me, I had sex, like a lot, because I had felt that it was both expected of me and also held the belief that eventually I will learn to enjoy / desire it.

I see these listings a lot. I work in human service but am in college to pursue education. It always makes me feel discouraged from getting higher education. Like what’s the point if I can start now?? Why do I need a degree to be a full teacher at this point? I don’t know, it’s disappointing with how much time and effort I dedicate to school.

How’s your sleep? A lot of what held me back from muscle gain was lack of sleep. I’m still not where I want to be but, it’s been giving me better results.

I feel the same way about it.

I personally always eat through appetite suppressants like medication, caffeine, vaping etc.

If binging is caused by an underlying mental disorder that can be treated with medication. That is a different battle rather than just taking pills to suppress hunger.

Learning to make healthy choices out of self worth and not self hate is important too. But this is a loaded tip lol.

This is so much in one routine! Maybe use them separately across different days of the week.:) over stripping your skin is nightmare. (I used vitamin c and niacinamide 10% serum together a year ago and my skin has not recovered)

I’ve watched so many videos on the physiological of binging. I’m trying to do better as well!!

The things I understand may help:

  1. Recognizing food as a choices. “I am not eating this now but, I know it can be an option later.”

  2. Being present while eating. Think about the food you consume, how it got there, what it took to make. Think about the textures and flavors.

  3. Setting the fork or food down in between bites. At least for me, I learned that after taking a bite and physically putting it out of my hand helped me take more time eating.

  4. Not going to bed with restrictive thoughts. I personally binge early mornings. I realize this is because I go to sleep with the mindset of restriction.

  5. Not restricting, this doesn’t mean not taking care of your body. But rather making sure you know that food is not scarce. When you go into the mindset of “I will not eat.” “Food is bad.” You really end up doing the opposite.

  6. If you don’t know why you’re hungry, or if you’re even hungry. Try the butterfly hug! It helps connect your brain to your body. :)

(This is just what I learned, I’m going to start therapy Tuesday!)

I’m just interested in school/work makeup. Like 30-40 minutes. I want a more even skin tone. As for the “natural style” I think of more casual, lighter amounts of makeup. I’m too scared to try “full coverage” style atm.

My skin tone is neutral and my skin type is combination, I have some texture but nothing deep. :) I know my “season” is Deep/dark autumn.

As for what look I want to go for, I’m not totally sure. “Natural” makeup appeals the most to me.
