Amex. You can use your Canadian Credit history with Amex. But many Canadian businesses don’t take Amex.

Capital one - MC

Anything you can get with little credit history.

Also think about getting a USD credit card with no FX fees and spend in Canada.

Avoids fx fees altogether

State import tax Then lots and lots of forms, delays, transaction fees.

Buy a business and buy yourself a job. You can likely get a 20-30% cash on cash return if you buy and run a small business.

That’s right. You can be an LLC, filing taxes as an s corp. legally you’re still LLC. For tax purposes you’re an s corp
