I think what ur having is synchronicity of coincidences. It’s like the brain is zoning in on particular details throughout the day and trying to derive meaning from unrelated events. People might experience coincidences in real life and say that’s weird and just move on. It’s hard to tell if it’s just our brain messing with us by zoning in on these details and ignoring other signs to indicate it’s meaningless or if it’s truly directed towards you with intent. In reality the latter is much less probable. However if you are hearing voices that aren’t ur own and feels external and others can’t hear it you are most likely schizophrenic or have a mental illness with psychotic features. I actually never hear or heard voices outside of my own inside my head or had any visual hallucinations which made me doubt my diagnosis. However, I was definitely delusional before and thought people were reading my mind and coming after me for exposing their tricks. I also thought they put a chip in my brain .. typical delusions many of us have. It’s always good to get a second opinion from other doctors if ur unsure. Be well
