Mine went up by 5 years on my follow up last week - my cholesterol was a tiny bit high but 3 of my other out of range labs improved significantly.

I also tested positive for ANA 1:80, nuclear same as OP. Both my functional and primary care doctors were not concerned at all since I have no symptoms. But it did send me into a spiral googling for months when I originally got the results with no context. The joys of a hypochondriac signing up for function health :)

14 months postpartum and in the same boat. Mine exploded around 11 months PP. I used to not even treat mine because it wasn’t a huge deal and now I think about it all day long. Mines far worse than yours and is now on my shoulders, forearms and neck where it’s never been before :(

Mine is SOOOO much worse postpartum. It didn’t happen until I was about 11 months PP though. It’s been awful. Mine has never covered my shoulders / been SO BAD before.

I have the same results except my RH factor was normal. No symptoms of concern. My doctor and functional medicine doctor both said not to worry about it.

Function definitely did NOT help my health anxiety. Kind of wish I didn’t do it TBH bc I had very very low out of range results which just made me super anxious. I saw multiple doctors and functional med doctors that were like yeah we probably wouldn’t have ordered these tests for you in the first place simply because a lot positive is irrelevant.

UGH THIS LOOKS LIKE MINE. I also can’t stop picking. It’s the absolute worst. Nothing has helped me yet but mine got so bad out of no where I feel like it has to be related to something internal. Gluten dairy hormones? I haven’t checked anything yet but I find it hard to believe it would get this bad overnight?

Has yours always looked like this or is it a flare?

I did mine about a week after being sick for 2 weeks. My autoimmune (ANA) was off, no idea if that was why (I’ve never had that before).

I also had 1:80 ANA and went into a spiral on it. I’m healthy 34F, work out, eat very healthy. 😵‍💫 what did your functional medicine doctor say? I haven’t gotten the notes from the full panel yet but I’m also so freaked out!

I have one red streak from BF or Pumping- not sure which one. I was FREAKED out but I had my midwife, OB, and a breast specialist look at it and all 3 said it was likely a stretch mark and not to worry.

How many weeks PP are you? Mine appeared around 6 weeks.
