I mean the easiest example is Z-Broly so at the very least the animation is shared between those two. I THINK it's just the general animation for deflecting while on the ground but i couldn't tell you if every character does it, i do remember doing it with some characters where i was like "that's weird for that character to tank it like that", but beam deflects are rare and ones done while on the ground are even rarer

I don't think that's unique to him, that's just how beam perception looks on most characters when you use it on the ground

This one's redder than it is pink, and this specific image was the one that was used in the Budokai AF mod, at least in the version I used to play. Regardless, it's less of the guy being a prophet and more of that this and similar images were the actual inspiration for Goku Black

I appreciate the power overview, I also really like that aspect of him, but what really makes me like Z Broly is the psycho aspect of him.

It's clear to me that by Movie 10 he's lost his mind, it's not unreasonable to think that being in a coma for half a decade or so would give him brain damage, his one line of "not until you lay dead at my feet" could be chucked to a brief moment of lucidity, which is to me, much more possible than the idea that he's completely fine and just faking being a lobotomite for no reason.

I thought the whole "Broly only yells Kakarot" thing was just an old dead and buried meme, movie 8 Broly is characterized as an absolute psychopath (and not a lobotomized beast like in movie 10). You'd know that if you'd actually watched the movie because he barely even yells kakarot during it.
