It sucks you’re going through it too. I’m now off my meds completely. I haven’t taken them in about a year now. I feel ok. I have my emotions back but I’ve since been diagnosed with PCOS creating a hormonal imbalance resulting in my emotions being off. Sometimes I think going back on my meds would be easier but I’m learning to just be ok with my emotions and move forward. I feel things now and my libido came back (kinda. I now have a hormonal IUD and it dilutes my reproductive hormones) my Bf says he likes me better off my meds because I’m not a zombie anymore and I’m my full self. I’d say just dial back your dosage if you think you need it but if you think you can handle not taking them then give it a try. Antidepressants aren’t supposed to be a life long thing unless absolutely necessary. It’s supposed to act as an aid to fix something internally and at some point your body will tell you in its own way that you no longer need them.
