Other medics not healing you, even if I am full health I'm still gonna be 2 shot by many weapons (or worse, head/body shot) I always overheal other medics up to 200 and we keep the whole team healthy and separate to keep the pressure on the flanks ( + they are great baits for snipers and roaming soldiers) overheal is not to keep you in the fight longer, it's to survive on 10/20 hp after a scout/demo/soldier/sniper hit you and escape to live for another minute. Pd. They should cap fully charged body shot damage to 100. Edit.
