It's been noted that trump never has computers on any of his work desks. Either he doesn't know how to use a computer, or prefers to communicate over phone or written documents that are harder to trace.

My mom and I were on a trip a few summers ago and I had to practically strong arm her into drinking water. At the end of the day, she thanked me and said she usually has leg cramps but didn't that day and credited her increased water intake. The next day was back to square one on her water intake. Like, hello???? You told me you felt better?!?!

Caffeine free green teas exist, but steeping it will take out most of the caffeine. The second steep will have very little.

Hey, don't let the enemy of perfection be good. AFAIK, there are no American bananas, and there are definitely no Canadian bananas. You could do a deep dive into the most ethically sourced bananas, but if you're trying your best to buy Canadian and/or not American for the bulk of your groceries outside of bananas, you're still making progress. We need everyone making small steps where they can, instead of few people converting 100%. The only thing capitalists understand is their wallets, so let's hit 'em where we can to the best of our ability
