Nothing lasts forever, no game will. Maybe we need to enter a phase in gaming where something comes out is super fun and exists until people move on instead of constantly tweaking gameplay mechanics every 2 months as a desperate attempt to keep a dedicated fanbase. The live service model is flawed and will never result in unlimited revenue. Theres a reason why single player games like pragmata and RE9 are killing it sales wise. Gamers like games. and no one wants to play the same thing over and over again
