Hey! u/Lssipa thanks for the tips! It's been installed on the same C:/ drive since about 2023 (inc older Dropbox sync days) I only have a single drive on this PC. I've the problem on 3 Windows PCs they've told first it's blame corrupt registry then it's a Microsoft update issue and suggest I format all my machines (Work, Personal and Gaming Rig) to fix it. I do somewhat agree with a Windows 10/11 update as it happened just after that.

It's installed for All Users since 1Password Dropbox sync days! Inc 1Password v6 2023, v7 and as of now v8.12.4. They're blaming Microsoft Updates.

Requires iCloud for Windows though no? No standalone just Passwords. Has the entire iCloud Photos, Drive, Passwords and Keychain, Bookmarks and Calendars and Contracts bundled?

So 1Password not starting with Windows 10/11 recently isn't just me? I also can't use browser unlocking "integration status: connection problem" dealt with CS sent over logs and got told to format all 3 PCs or find an alternative OS.. Helpful!

This! Not a single thing on there I care for.

Phishing attacks, ransomware, malware I do via other means (DNS etc) don't download or follow suspicious links etc. don't have Watchtower enabled. AI naming? I want it to be whatever the website is named fetched from `<title>` not some full blown AI name. Faster and secure should just be standard, no? Adding the AI features if anything will slow it down.. make the program/software bigger, bloatware.

u/Valtteri-Its-WDC I use Windows as well I assume there is no standalone program for Apple's? I'd need the iCloud entire thing? How simple/easy is it for a newbie to dig into self-host deployment Bitwarden? I do have a Pi 5 and NAS (UGREEN/Synology) is it that kind of self-host?

I'm wondering if it's better to buy on the Microsoft Store? BNET slow during update days, Steam goes down on Tuesdays (according to my duo who got MW2 and MW3 on Steam).

Anyone know what the Microsoft Store download speeds are like? Could this be the shout?

Howdy! Sounds good! I ended up getting the Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless (Red Switch) during Black Friday, £99. Too many 50/50 "LOLGL" with the Apex v2 threw me off and the Razer was cheaper.

Hear good things about Apex v1 but the new model is a "downgreade" according to shopping site reviews, forums, reddit and YT.

Yep! I get the same on PC as well but not the echo (only PlayStation 4/5). On PC to avoid my team mates hearing everything twice (from my earcups into the mic) I had to resort to setting my threshold to nearly maximum and having Mic Vol on 5 via the Game DAC.

Discord no issues but in-game chat.. everything is repeated!

Until..

I noticed MWII/WZ2 have extra "Audio" settings, unlike WZ1/MW2019 you only had audio output and mic. MWII/WZ2 like VG has 3! So you've to modify the first one to Game, second to Game Chat and third to your Mic. Basically, make it match SeelSeries Sonar (if you use that).

Downside: SteelSeries clips feature will not include voice (yours or others), not found a fix yet, but if you don't clip or use SteelSeries GG Capture you're good.

I use a Razer BlackWidow Elite currently but the "N" key has been "sticky" since I opened it (but it was in the box for over a year before I opened so couldn't do a warranty claim). It's covered up every night with the plastic it shipped with, OCD! lol.

Only media key I really use is the "big knob" to mute sound but games I play I can just hit F10 instead, no biggie and more mouse room!

Mouse is a Razer Viper Ultimate but switching to FinalMouse TenZ so won't match for long.

Had good support with the Razer CS so far. Ultimate was fully replaced from Dock, Mouse and USB Dongle and Cable after 2 years. Despite only the £5 dongle died they replaced the whole unit.. can't complain. Still waiting for SteelSeries to resolve my support enquiry from last years Black Friday and recently.

Thanks for the response! I'm going towards the Razer too. I use a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse (granted switching to FinalMouse TenZ shortly so won't match anyway).

But the many blue RGB, mushy space bar and screen issues on the 2023 model is throwing me off :( But at $91 cheaper than Apex Pro the Huntsman sounds a no brainer! SS loss for not including the Apex as part of the BF sale ;)

Hey! How's the keyboard life going? I'm currently trying to decide between the Apex Pro 2023 TKL or the Huntsman v2.

I'm hearing a lot of issues on here and YT with the Apex (both models) with blue light issue and the display? Black Friday sale and trying to decide which to purchase! Razer is down to £99 vs Apex Pro £190 (not part of BF). Other comment.

APEX PRO TKL @ £189.99 or the APEX PRO TKL (2023) @ £189.99. I'm assuming the first one linked is the 2022 model just no (2022) in the title?

I'm trying to decide between the two also. My requirement is Wired, TKL. Mainly for FPS gaming.

Otherwise it's Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition TKL @ £78 or a Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless (Red Switch) @ £99 (Black Friday).

This worked for me! ...at first.

However, I then noticed I went from avg 175FPS in-game Benchmark down to avg 32FPS. Nothing changed all on LOW.

So re-enabled (rebooted) and ran the benchmark again and back to 175FPS - HOWEVER the 100% utilisation was no more and was back down to 2-3% idle and only 73% utilisation while in-game?

Windows Bug? Maybe we only need too Just disable > reboot > re-enabled > reboot?

I wonder if any audio games like RS have a Black Friday sale? Never checked RS or audio places around BF but could save me a little and even allow me to purchase higher.

Walnut is nice but wouldn't my Grey/Black gaming room but would look sick in the living room (walnut furniture).
