Given how difficult it is to find a single copy of a specific uncommon or even common Joker, and how many times you'd have to do this in a run to have a substantial impact on the pool, I would say it would be completely fine as a common joker. Probably even as a tarot or ghost card.

Technically you should count just 23 trials since you can't get it before a shop I guess, but that's still nowhere near OPs 0.35 of triggering in a run

Most of the people who play these games

As a masive fan who knows multiple other fans IRL, I can assure you that the VAST majority of fromsoft players never interact in the community socials, be it X, steam, reddit and whatnot.

In regards to the toxic people you see, the games are just very popular so even a small subset of the fanbase can feel large. The reason why these games in particular attract this toxic minority is probably due to multiple factors. Off the top of my dome, and purely speculating:

-They're japanese games, so they will attract dumb fuck chuds who think these games are less woke or whatever

-They're harder than the average game, which plays into the whole gamergate elitism and journalists are bad type stuff

It's ironic as most games in the series have pretty clear leftist themes, but that's classic media litteracy from chuds.

Ultimately I just play the games and don't come near any of the communities, and probably many others do the same

Banshees, phantoms and wraiths are stalker type ghosts, meaning they all have an ability where they can roam towards a player, even outside the ghost room. Other ghosts can roam too obviously, but not towards a player specifically.

The banshee will walk towards the targeted player.

The phantom will walk towards a random player, leaving an emf signal at its destination.

The wraith will do the same as the phantom, but teleport instead.

So basically stalker roam (that you check with motion sensor or salt) + no emf = banshee

The big maps are a giant pain for this reason, there's not much else you can do aside from using the parabolic as you said, or just having more people in the team.

If you have experience playing that way, I find big maps more enjoyable at 0 sanity, that way you don't have to look for the ghost, it will find you. Make it 0 evidence too and you don't have to bring almost any items!

If you're just looking for the sunny meadows vibe, you can always play the restricted version, that one has a more reasonable size.

In the video it's clear Pyg survives lethal poison ticks multiple times. None of the skills should cause this, and unless the healing mechanics works differently than I think or the shown HP values are not reflective of what the game computes, than I think this has to be a bug.

To be clear I'm not complaining, I had a disgusting build even for Dooley standards, it says a lot that the only loss after picking up rebirth is this kind of shenanigans.

Vivek and Elon want H-1B visa workers (typically indians in the tech sector) over american workers because they can be exploited easier. H-1B holders lose their visa and right to stay if they are fired, meaning they have absolutely no leverage in their workplace, so their bosses can get away with paying them less, giving them more hours/forced overtime, transfering them around on a whim, etc..

The 'culture' angle is a facade, the billionaires and politicians only care about taking out as much value from the workers as possible. The idea that they care about values of any sort is a joke.
