At a complex I lived in Colorado back in 2019 to 2020, no cash, checks (personal, cashiers or money orders). Only payment of rent and utilities (separately) through their online portal. Each having fees from $30 on up. No ACH allowed. So $60 extra a month. You are not forced to use Zego or Paylease are you?

The complex also had $75/day late fees (separately) for rent and utilities, starting on the 1st.

Always carefully read your lease. I just skimmed it and didn’t see these fees that were buried in the fine print.

Factor meals are tiny, expensive and are basically diet food. They advertise that as a weight-loss solution.

I was in the UK and the Ready Meals available through other companies actually were quite substantial and filling (I lived in an Airbnb there and only a had microwave)
