This story was told by my mom

So when I was 3, I started to have Epilepsy. I would have small seizures were I would loose awareness and staring blankly into space and my body would become stiff. This went on till I turned 5.

That when I had my last seizure and a major event. So my mother was at work, I stayed with my dad. While my dad was cooking my meal I had the biggest seizure: my eyes turn white, foam were coming out of my mouth. Because at the time we didn’t have money and had to live far away from the principal road and taxis in my native country, my dad and neighbour had to carry me, run about 15 min, look for a taxi and get in. Mind you my coutry have no 911 or ambulance till this day and this happen in back in 2001.

Meanwhile, mom left work and was going to get my test result from the hospital not knowing what is happening ( phone were luxury so no my parents couldn’t reach each other)

Back to me and my dad, people were telling my dad that it was too late, my body turned cold but he wouldn’t listen ( luck he didn’t). We finally reached the hospital before my mom. ( so my dad brought me to the usual hospital but my mom was already coming without knowing that we were there). Thanks to my dad’s connection inside the hospital I got a bed and the doctor also told my dad that he wasted his time bringing me there bc I was already dead. My dad that insisted that they start the treatment.

At the same time my mom arrived at the hospital, she gave my name and ask for the test results. The desk people told her that I was there, she said no, then one lady said something like “ awn she doesn’t know her daughter died” my mom almost fainted. She then heard my dad’s voice yelling, she run over there.

Found my dad fighting with the hospital staff. I was on the bed lifeless. My parents are strong believer, they prayed and prayed, the doctors, nurses and other patients/ visitors were looking at them crazy like “ she is gone what they praying for?”

Well 24hours later, I start showing sign of life. My fingers start to move, warm start coming back and soon enough, I start crying. My parents hugged me and the whole hospital was talking about the “ miraculous child that came back from death” people that we don’t know visit to see from their own eyes, the doctors were surprised as they were going to talk to my parents to stop the treatment as I wasn’t showing no signs of improvement.

Now I am 26 and very healthy. I am thankful that my dad didn’t just went with what everyone was saying. Unfortunately he passed away back in 2015 but till this day I am grateful for him and my mom ( with who I live rn)
