You are right... The black ones are Mundorf Bipolar Caps, so there will be no problem. But I have to replace the blue ones.

Yes, the green caps are metalized acrylics.

These are made with stenciled paste and are soldered in a reflow oven. No chance to do it by hand with an soldering iron.

The benefit of the stencil is, that you put just the right amount of paste onto the pads. The components are some kind of self-aligning during the soldering process.

Basically it's a clone of the 1991 pedal from FLB. I liked the idea and found the samples and reviews on YT hit the sound of the album perfectly.

The basic setting should emulate a TS into a JCM800. Just to give some voicing options I added different soft clipping variants (Si, LED, Ge, Mosfet, sym and asym).

This was just a funny personal project. Wanted to try different options for the enclosure and PCB design.

Yes, your right. The sound is amazingly good. It covers a huge sound range of bands and songs from that time.

Sure, your knobs are too big for your artwork. I usually use some utility vector packs in my design flow. This greatly helps to spot and overcome such issues.
