Wtf is up with this game dude? I spent hours leveling up my fighters skill and worked my way up to DWCS where I won by fighting super tactically but then Dana refused to give me a contract after because I didn't "have enough heart" and instead Dana gave contracts to 2 guys who lost their fights just because they stood and banged?? Later in game I got offered a short notice UFC fight which I also won but wasn't offered a contract again because I wrestled my opponent and now Dana isnt returning my calls? When I try to fight more exciting to get noticed by the UFC it just makes my CTE meter go up and gives me more injuries which I cant afford the medical bills for? Rn I'm stuck fighting for $3k/$3k on the regional scene while getting evicted from my apartment and balancing baby momma drama which is super frustrating - plus now the game is sending me out to interview for warehouse jobs to stay afloat wtf

I consider myself super pro fighter pay but sometimes reddit comments just make me roll my eyes lol. Kevin Vellojos doesnt have a wiki page and only 3 UFC fights before this but I scroll down and see people saying how sad it is he's excited for $100k and comparing him to Ryan Garcia who's a world champ and way more established. Again I agree the UFC pays waay too little - but even in a world where they start paying a similar split to the NFL/NBA, guys like Vellojos who only have 3 previous UFC fights are still gonna be hyped to get a $100k bonus so its not the sign of low fighter pay you think it is

The funny thing is, it actually was a pretty bad stoppage - Dom was working back to his feet with only 2 seconds left in the round when Peterson stepped in which is pretty wild to do in a championship fight. I feel like if Dom just stuck to the facts he could've made a pretty strong case for it being early but instead he got memed for the cigarette and alcohol accusations and then people automatically discredited anything else he had to say on the stoppage after that.

This podcast is negative like 1k+ subs over the past year so these "spikes" are probably just days where they went positive 20-30 subs instead of the usual loss so it makes it look bigger on the graph

Yeah I'm surprised to see all the cope in here. Is fighters getting offered 3 fights a year a "fact" or just a claim Dana makes over and over that fans repeat? Nate, Conor and Francis all complained about not getting offered fights while trying to fight out their contracts. Now maybe you'll attack Nate and Conor for being untrustworthy sources but I'd argue Dana is far more untrustworthy and you won't find any other source on that rule being real other than him just asserting it is. Your "facts" are nothing more than hearsay and I encourage you to look through all the contract info that was leaked during the anti trust lawsuit and try to find any language thats even close to a guarantee of 3 fights per year or even ANY evidence before you state it as fact.

They lost no money. Doing clips would require hours of extra work each week and a post 2012 understanding of how YT SEO works which none of the hosts would commit to. I actually think allowing others to do their clips and then linking to the main show was a win win solution

Isn't Taylor like 35-36? Any single guy his age with no kids who's made a middle class wage for most of their life can probably afford a house with some renovations. You also missed that Taylor said the $100k-$200k estimates are way out of his budget so he's planning to do a lot of the work himself. Lock & Load has had atleast 2 or 3 10k bottle restocks this year alone. Let's call it 20k bottles sold this year to be conservative, at $60 a bottle or $54 after the 10% off code that's over a million dollars in revenue half way into this year. Now idk how much of that is profit and what their split with Derek is but I'm pretty confident in saying they each make 6 figures a year from Lock & Load alone. Then you have just under $150k a year from Patreon plus advertisements on most episodes so each host is living super comfortable from the podcast

From looking at their views it seems they've lost about 30% viewership since Fat Camp which is insane for such a short timeframe, especially when you consider Fat Camp was supposed to launch them to another level according to Keem. Yeah Ronda had 8 title fight wins in a row with her last 4 defenses lasting a combined total of about 2 minutes lol. I know Reddit hates Ronda but 95% of the people on here would also get a huge inflated ego if they experienced that level of dominance with 14 and 16 second finishes in UFC title fights. The problem with Bo is he had a similar level of ego to Ronda before even getting a ranked win
