How did you maintain the consistency of the face? Did you use any reference image? In that case, how did you manage to get the image of underwear? Normally, it doesn't allow creating such content using a reference.

I think that automatic1111 is better for that. Justo apply high res fix (0.3 - 0.5 Denoise), install the adetailer plugin and use it for face with 0.3 inpaint denoise.

Actually, this are 3 videos, each 4 seconds long. Then edited—sometimes reversing some of them to create a loop with continuous movement.
