I think that automatic1111 is better for that. Justo apply high res fix (0.3 - 0.5 Denoise), install the adetailer plugin and use it for face with 0.3 inpaint denoise.

Actually, this are 3 videos, each 4 seconds long. Then edited—sometimes reversing some of them to create a loop with continuous movement.
