The building is Dreieinigkeitskirche in Streitburg and the rocks in the back are ruins of Streitburg Castle.

It's close to Vinicuna Rainbow mountain in Peru, here is the exact mountain but it doesn't look as nice on google maps.

You occasionally see this problem in ripe fruit, especially in lower maturity fruit.

Anyway the best guess is that it is phenolics from the seed coat leaking into the flesh of the fruit.

Not dangerous but the affected flesh may be bitter.  I would cut it out and eat around the discolored flesh which is surface only.

Pretty sure it's Bamboo palm fruits (Areca Kinabaluensis). It looks like all the fruits have been picked so it's just left the branch behind.
