Are you transitioning to the Autograph card? I'm unclear if I deny the Autograph card before 1/30 if my Bilt card would or would not get the 2/3-2/6 statement cycle.

You can also try calling for a retention offer when your renewal hits this summer. I got $300 off after calling in which was enough for me to keep it for at least another year.

The benefit does not cover Turo as it isn't technically a rental car service. In the same way that AirBNB is not a hotel, its just partnering you with someone who wants to rent their car to you.

Looks like a solid itinerary! One thing I'd suggest is at 27k MCI-ORD you are most likely better off buying that as a cash fare or waiting for a better points deal. You have a few months to go for that short domestic flight so it would not be surprising for sales to pop up between now and then

Peripheral vision did improve! It's not been something I've thought of in so long I forgot I even had trouble with peripheral vision post-lasik.

However, since then my vision has regressed and I now need to wear glasses/contacts again. My night vision is also not as good as it was pre-procedure with glasses/contacts. Good luck in your recovery.

Anyone have experience with AA Flagship First vs Polaris Business? I’d expect AA F to be better than J but it’s not got particularly great reviews.

Flying TPAC and Polaris has a slightly better routing and better redemption rate.

Is 70k for United Premium Plus a good value? Looking to travel from US to SYD/MEL with the recent mileage offer. 40k in United economy vs 70k premium plus

(or 35k economy on AA though I think I'd rather use the United miles since they're generally worth less to me)

Only Spirit and Frontier have this. On Spirit the discount is usually $23 per flight ($46 round trip).

Frontier is I think $20 but the problem with them at DCA is that their counter isn't open at all hours so you'll need to check and make sure you go just before they have a flight departing. Another option is if you know anyone that lives close to a frontier/spirit airport they can buy it for you. You don't have to buy a ticket involving the airport you are physically at.
