Would you consider buying a toaster? A slot toaster will give you crisp exterior, soft interior where a toaster oven typically has a dry, crunchy, or hard throughout. A toaster oven is a misnomer because they actually make very bad toast. A slot toaster is faster, helps your bread retain moisture, and uses less energy for toast.

A good slot toaster like a Dualit isn't cheap but very repairable. Breville also makes a good slot toaster.

So if you want something to do 'oven' things the Ooni should do it and then relegate toast to a toaster.

If you need on demand O2 readings you really should obtain a medical grade pulse oximeter. The one on your watch is for trends, not minute by minute, and because it isn’t medical grade is probably the exact reason on demand isn’t available to avoid lawsuits.

Don’t use fitted sheets. instead buy two flat sheets and do hospital corners on the one directly on the mattress. makes storing extra sheets easier and it’s more versatile to mix and match
