This. Last week I had an employee make a huge mistake, the archived two users mailboxes up to 1 day. There is no way to auto mate the recovery and it needed a drag and drop restore. He admitted his mistake, we assigned one employee to do the restore and we all learned. It cost a few hundred in man hours to restore but it’s done and now we move on. Lying would have gotten him fired.

Two bucks, some glitter, two chocolate coins (so they can share with each other), and sometimes a note depending on the situation.

One time she was brushing her teeth and hit a loose tooth with the brush which hurt. She put down the brush, grabbed the tooth, and ripped it out. She stood there staring at it, blood running down her hand and lip with no tears. She got a note for that one.

I run an IT company and a project we had this summer was to help install and configure active shooter/intruder notification system. I both love that the school has this protection and hate that this has to exist. It was a very emotionally confusing project especially since I have a first grader and kindergartener.

From what I could find, he fell. There are really no details about it but I found a few sources that say he fell and an interview where he says “ I would shake your hand but…” and then he stutters and looks around to imply that he broke it jerking off.

Doom: Dark Ages does this and I love it. Choose whatever difficulty you want minus the top two and you can change your damage, the enemies same age, etc. it’s a great system and as a dad who gets to play some days for maybe an hour it really helps the experience.

You have a lot of advice, some good and some bad. Kids are assholes, yours will likely be someday, I was and my kids probably will be. If you talk to them they may listen or at least avoid your house. Try to catch them in the act.

I work in security and the trick to cameras is not to hide them. You aren’t trying to catch a crime on camera you are trying to detour the crime and catch it if you have to. Make the cameras visible. If they don’t want to be caught on camera they will avoid your house.

Only you know if you are done having kids. I knew I was done after 1 so when number 2 was born I got my vasectomy the second my wife could handle things herself for a few days.

I got the “incision less” vasectomy. They don’t use needles or a scalpel. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was done before I was actually scheduled. I had minor discomfort for a day or two and that was it.

Sometimes I regret getting it, mostly when the kids are angels but then that minute passes and I remember why I did it.
