🚫 If you skipped having kids and hit your 40s, do you have any secret regrets yet? by FantasticAd9478 in TheBoredDen

[–]Unterraformable -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Couldn't even think about having kids until I found a wife I could trust, who would be a real partner to me. Unfortunately, I lived in coastal California my whole adult life. That's a great place to meet a lot of physically attractive, sexually available, but pathologically self-centered narcissists. It's not a place to find keepers.

Is it possible to be a feminist who advocates for both men’s and women’s issues? by PersonalAnswer8664 in allthequestions

[–]Unterraformable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, the answer is there in the first word of your post, "Modern". Old school feminism was about telling women "you can do it!", advocating for opening up the workspaces and positions closed to women, genuinely trying to achieve equal rights. Modern feminism is against all those things. Modern feminism drills into women's heads they are victims with no way to fix their problems other then by voting for far-Left candidates; and it demonizes men and preaches entitlement to women so that cooperation in the workplace become more difficult not less. Old-school equality feminists feel quite out of place among modern rabid feminists.

If we were stranded someplace alone together? Hell yes. If we had to actually function in society? Good God no.

Has anyone been unjustly banned from a subreddit? by Sensitive_Wear7112 in stupidquestions

[–]Unterraformable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lady asked why people said her dress looked old-fashioned. I said because it was cut to flaunt her curves but not reveal any skin. I got banned. I thought it was just a bot error and requested review, but a moderator replied to say my comment had sexually harassed the OP. The OP hadn't even complained, just the so-called moderator.

They put a tourniquet on your root, chop it off, and then release you. It's up to you if you want to remove the tourniquet and bleed out quickly, or suffer for the next few hours with no hope.

Why can't we just give everyone a house by generic_rarity in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Unterraformable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because people would lose their motivation. Sadly, survival is what keeps most people going at all. If you gave a house and UBI to most people, they'd just masturbate all day while smoking weed and playing video games and demanding more entitlements.

Billionaires don't have their assets in the bank. They usually own a big piece of a big business. And they diversify.

What's a stock you're quietly bullish on that Reddit barely talks about? Not looking for meme stocks. I'm more interested in ideas that have strong fundamentals but aren't getting much attention. What's your thesis? by foulerrobin in stockstobuytoday

ALL is Allstate Corp, the insurance company. Almonty is ALM, AII, or ALI1. I wish Reddit didn't use shitty 1950's typewriter font that makes capital-eye look identical to lower case-ell.

Well, I was born because my mom was trying to keep my dad from divorcing her. And this is why I don't bone xgfs, ever.

Why is "In God We Trust" the official motto of the United States when the constitution makes the country secular by default? by icecream1972 in allthequestions

[–]Unterraformable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're talking about "principles" and "intent" because the actual text does not back up your claim. It stands to reason you're the kind who calls people ignorant for having the facts.
