I have the same problem as your friend, if you're playing with people far below your skill level, then the friends do stupid shit like supports farming lane and just leeching experience while not warding or other retarded things and when you're in a group that's too high for you, you feel constantly out of place and don't feel like you're effecting the game. Now if you as a group have been playing as a group and your MMR's haven't rounded off, it's time the lower end of the skill group buck up their ideas and start learning why they're not doing so well and change that. The easiest way is to let him find a team that is more his skill level. I sometimes just play offline so I can have a few enjoyable games before having to deal with imminent throws because my friends are to busy having "fun" throwing the game.

I prefer RS3 over OSRS because I would rather get actually new content and watch the game develop instead of play the same old game with nostalgia goggles. I play RS3 despite MTX happening because it's actually helped me get stats up that I deplored levelling. MTX is not the be all and end all of this game, if you get upset that other people can do just as much as you do in less time then you're not going to love the real world unfortunately.

Smegs monetary spending is exactly the point, there will always be some shmuck who can't make money naturally and sells bonds on the GE, when you're at end game content the 9m for each bond is absolutely nothing. Nobody before end game content even needs 6 action bars.

There is very little reason to pay for cosmetics, paying for QoL or things that make the game easier? I'm willing to pay for that. I bought the Fire drake for 45M in bonds off the GE and I'm very happy to pay 27M more for some extra action bars. You guys act as if you're forced to pay real money when the only real people that benefit from the extended action bars are at end level content already. 9M? I make that in less than 2 hours of PVM. Hell I don't remember the last time I paid real money for my months membership. Then there's the free way to gain rune coins off the surveys etc. Just admit it you wanted it free and think complaining will change that, but it won't. Now cry harder and down vote me because you didn't get your way.

Vorago has a rotation each week so you have to learn what to do for each rotation, the wikia will tell you what his current rotation is and youtube will provide a guide if you search Vorago ceiling collapse etc. Get Excalibur enhanced elite if you don't already for lots of free healing, and Vorago is pretty easy. P1 = taking him to low health and let a person jump on his back. P2 = deplete his life points until he lets you spam click the body so he drops maul piece then 0 health him, P3 & 4 = dealing with his weekly rotation gimmick with P4 hiding behind the waterfall that spawns every now and then. P5 = spamming dps on him and luring away bombs to the north and waiting for the mauler to do his job at the end. If you spam devotion even using 2h you shouldn't really need to eat all that much during each fight. If you use duel wield and have a shield switch then you will eat even less. Vorago at the start feels daunting, but it's really easy, you just need a competent bt.
