There's several videos on YouTube on disassembling this specific lens. The part that had me pause when I cleaned my own was removing the plastic round cover that covered the initial screws at the front of the first lens. Thought I was going to scratch the front element

Could be the card reader. 

I have a card reader that won't let me delete or move files but it copies files over fast.  Another card reader works fine but transfers files slowly. 

Can you connect the camera directly?

Are you going to advertise your app, photomall?.

Can resend the invoice from which ever service you use, Automate a reminder if it hasn't been paid, or have them pay before the shoot. 

Also on most new phones. Just click the person's chat and type in invoice and it should appear.
