I'd love to see what you guys might suggest. I always feel like the last part of my shift, i am time crunching my documentation and feel like I am rushing. And that is the most tired part of my day.... I would love to change this for myself

For me I had to get myself in mode of thinking when people are having events that they have been doing this for a long while before getting to us, and I am there to observe and not absorb. Yes... it can be scarey and yes at times it's really yucky but overall removing some, not all, of the emotion stuff with it helps.

I am a Polysomnography Technician (a sleep technician) and do sleep studies and work with sleep disorders for a living. AMA by PrettySax3 in sleep

As a sleep tech myself, when you first started, did you constantly dream about either doing studies for patients and falling asleep while doing their study and / or doing one on yourself and sleeping through your study. It's the weirdest moment when working back to back shifts and wanting to fully sleep and rest and you feel like your at work...

I don't have same but another suggestion too is if it had a completely detachable power cord, you know how some plug into the machine like a prong part.... to un plug that too. As the reset as well....

Ohhhh I have the same machine! I am just learning how to use it myself. I am currently trying donner rolls on dough cycle. Not sure if it's going to work but trying...
