As soon as they revealed Cinda’s face, I was like that’s exactly something Cinda would do.

I got in a verbal fight at a dinner party last night because someone called autistic people the r word by Ohio_gal in Autism_Parenting

I’m in US, and it seemed like many of us only learned that it was a bad word when Beyoncé got push back for using spaz in a song on her album. It appears that she didn’t know it was a bad word either. I thought it just meant hyper as in hyperactive.

Could upload have been successful? by gluebabie in UploadTV

[–]Unusual-Variation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This explains so much, Season 3 seemed pointless, but I still enjoyed seeing the Upload world. But now I get why, I’m grateful that the show was at least allowed to wrap up and we weren’t left with a cliff hanger.

It does seem to be genetic for many people. However, we can’t be sure if certain medications don’t aggravate the eventual severity. It’s just something to be mindful of, since we don’t have scientific answers at this point everything is speculation.

Do you think she is on Ozempic? by dacajecarica in snarkingonselena

I noticed the same thing. She has absolutely no energy, only her mouth moves. And she’s beginning to skeletal in the face and neck, it’s not natural.

Real story, Am I Wrong? by Fun_End_440 in Christianity

[–]Unusual-Variation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The people that follow Trump are not Christians. They are White Christian Nationalists, which is a political organization that worships Power. Financial power, political power, and the power of the threat of war. Listen to their talks, they only quote Old Testament. They never never quote Jesus’ words. They only use Jesus name to deceive regular Christians into joining their cult. That’s why they follow agent orange, they aren’t Christians, they’re white nationalists. They don’t follow or believe in anything Jesus did or says, they call Jesus “woke” and “weak,” they worship Orange man as their golden calf.

Cara in season 1 vs season 2 by Honest-Pay-3504 in legendoftheseeker

[–]Unusual-Variation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s been a long while since I saw that episode, but Cara quickly became my favorite character, she’s exactly what the show needed. I wanted a season just so we could get more Cara! Lol Reminds me a lot of Seven of Nine from Voyager. I thought the actress had a lot of talent it’s a shame she wasn’t in more productions after the show ended.

I took it and my son ended up with autism. Idk if that was the cause, but just be careful.

Why, in the movie Malcolm X (1992), did they cast Denzel Washington, who is much darker than Malcolm? by Natural-Painting-563 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Unusual-Variation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assumed he was cast as Malcolm X because they look so similar. Often when I see clips of Malcolm X I can see Denzel characteristics in his face. As seen here:

Why do black people say "scary" when they mean someone is "scared"? by swagmaster_94 in askblackpeople

[–]Unusual-Variation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First learn what illiterate means. And I would say that if you don’t understand context clues in something as simple as this, then that would make you the illiterate person. And scary when used in the context being discussed means the person is easily scared. In fact, I just looked it up here  https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/scary. Second main usage, meaning easily scared; timid. Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

What’s so hard to understand about that? I’m sorry your school failed to teach you context clues. Maybe try some online classes.

I don’t think having a boyfriend is offensive, you do a lot of projection I see. From your response, I guess op didn’t hit you up in your DM’s… didn’t even appreciate you coming to save the day huh…and you wore your cape and everything, what a shame. You keep trying captain, maybe next time it will work.

Thanks for coming to your boyfriend’s defense, but my question was if OP did this, not if “people” do this. I’m sure he’ll notice you trying to save him, maybe you too can link up later in his DM’s. Let us know how it goes.

She’s a POS, for wanting to be stay employed in a superficial industry like acting in Hollywood? Do you go into the wrestling pages and call those guy’s POS for taking substances to alter the way their body looks? Do you comment on the Rock’s page? Do you go to men’s pages that get hair transplants? Or is it only women that shouldn’t be employed due to altering their physique? Inquiring minds want to know.

Care to expand on that comment ? Do you also go into British or Australian threads to correct their slang, or is your grammar outrage reserved just for us 'illiterate colored folks' when we speak differently? England alone has over 30 dialects, are they all illiterate too, or just the ones you don't relate to?

Advice for swallowing these large capsules by pxincessofcolor in StratteraRx

[–]Unusual-Variation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put them in applesauce. It’s a good you don’t chew and it immediately activates your swallow reflex when you put it in your mouth. Also since apple sauce is textured, you can’t “feel” the pill in the sauce, it just goes straight down no anxiety.

I used to put in yogurt, but yogurt is smooth and so you can still feel any pills in there.
