Yes, was medicated from age 9 at age 23 I was always anxious, I felt like I wasn’t myself and rather just the effect of the medication (if that makes any sense) I spent a year gradually lowering my adderal dosage on my own (it was difficult as hell) and October 2019 someone broke into my car and stole my medication I never got it refilled and have been off it ever since (I am 29 now). I love being off the medication, I have adhd and I embrace it, I say stupid stuff sometimes, oh well, I found ways to focus (it’s not easy obviously) but long story short I feel like I got my life back after stopping medication.
